A qualified, experienced architect visits your home to understand your intentions for the project and the way you want to live in the space.
You’ll receive clear guidance on how to approach the Local Authority, how to engage contractors, and how the construction process unfolds from first ideas to completion.
Simple measurements of the existing rooms are taken to support a set of initial sketches.
Together, we test the viability of your ideas on site, explore alternatives, and identify opportunities you may not have considered.
The workshop concludes with a preferred option sketched to scale — a clear, confident direction for your renovation.
The length of the workshop varies depending on the complexity of your home and the scope of your ambitions.
